Welcome to UnforeStudios. By accessing or using our base platform, authentication hub, tools, or connected sub-projects, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Central Hub Ecosystem & Service Scope

UnforeStudios (unforestudios.com) operates as a central technology and project organization. Our authentication hub (auth.unforestudios.com) serves as a unified Single Sign-On (SSO) gateway for accessing our suite of projects, tools, and platforms, including but not limited to sourceshelf.unforestudios.com.

2. User Accounts and Centralized Authentication

To access specific tools across the UnforeStudios network, you may be required to sign in using third-party authentication options (such as Google Authentication) via Auth0 on auth.unforestudios.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all actions taken under your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our hub or connected projects. Specifically, you must not:

Attempt to breach or bypass authentication protocols on auth.unforestudios.com or associated subdomains.
Use our platform, APIs, or developer tools for unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or illegal activities.
Interfere with or disrupt system performance or server stability across the network.

4. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your central account access across all UnforeStudios sub-projects at any time if you violate these Terms or present a security risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

UnforeStudios and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our centralized services or individual project tools.

Privacy Policy

At UnforeStudios, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, handle, and safeguard your data across our central base company domain, authentication hub, and associated sub-projects.

1. Centralized Identity Hub & Ecosystem

UnforeStudios operates as a central authentication HUB for all our official projects. When you sign into any UnforeStudios service (such as sourceshelf.unforestudios.com), your login request is processed securely through our central login interface at auth.unforestudios.com powered by Auth0. These Terms and Privacy Policy govern your data across all connected subdomains.

2. Information We Collect

When you authenticate via Google or Auth0 to access UnforeStudios projects, we collect:

Account Identifiers: Basic identity details such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL provided via Google OAuth.
Central User Identity: A unified profile identifier managed via Auth0 to recognize your user session across all UnforeStudios subdomains.
Usage & Service Data: Saved progress, settings, and user preferences associated with your profile on specific projects like SourceShelf.

Google OAuth & Data Use Disclosure: UnforeStudios requests Google user profile data (Name, Email, Profile Picture) strictly to authenticate users via auth.unforestudios.com and enable continuous session sync across our project suite (e.g., sourceshelf.unforestudios.com). We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for the following purposes:

To provide Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication across current and future UnforeStudios projects.
To maintain user account state, preferences, and saved progress across connected services.
To maintain platform security, prevent unauthorized access, and protect user accounts.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your authentication details are processed using industry-standard identity protection protocols via Auth0 and cloud infrastructure. HTTPS encryption is enforced across all endpoints (unforestudios.com, auth.unforestudios.com, and all sub-project domains).

5. Account Deletion & Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated profile data across all UnforeStudios services. To request data erasure, contact the team through our staff page or community channels.
